Ahi Tuna Outback Recipe

The Ahi Tuna Outback Recipe is a copycat version of the famous Outback Steakhouse Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer. It features high-quality sushi-grade ahi tuna, seared lightly on the outside while remaining tender and rare inside. Served with a flavorful wasabi soy dipping sauce, this dish is elegant, healthy, and surprisingly easy to prepare at home.
