Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Coat each cheese curd in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the coated curds in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and place on paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
