Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes Yukon Gold or Russet, cut into cubes or wedges
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 –2 teaspoons fresh or dried rosemary
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary (and any optional seasonings).
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer; avoid overcrowding.
  4. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking or turning the potatoes halfway through for even crisping.
  5. Check for doneness;potatoes should be golden and crisp outside, tender inside.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and optionally sprinkle with fresh rosemary or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
