Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough ball 10-12 inches
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ pound 225 grams spicy Italian sausage, crumbled and cooked
  • 1-2 hot peppers jalapeños or banana peppers, sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing dough
  • Optional: ¼ cup tomato sauce fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for 20-25 minutes.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough to 10-12 inches and brush with olive oil.
  3. If using tomato sauce, spread a thin layer over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  5. Evenly distribute crumbled sausage and sliced hot peppers on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Drizzle honey over the hot pizza immediately after baking.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
  9. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
