  • 1-2 teaspoons sweetener e.g., honey, maple syrup, stevia
  • Optional: Cinnamon vanilla extract, or nutmeg for extra flavor
  • Optional: Milk foam or froth for topping

Method
 

  1. Brew the Coffee: Brew 1 cup of your preferred coffee using your coffee maker of choice.
  2. Mix the Chaga: In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of chaga mushroom powder. Stir it into the brewed coffee until fully dissolved.
  3. Heat and Froth the Milk: In a saucepan, heat ¾ cup of milk over medium heat until steaming (don’t boil). Use a milk frother or whisk to froth the milk to your desired consistency.
  4. Sweeten: Add 1-2 teaspoons of your preferred sweetener to the coffee-chaga mixture, stirring well.
  5. Add Flavor (Optional): For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, or a drop of vanilla extract to the coffee mixture.
  6. Combine: Slowly pour the frothed milk into the coffee and chaga mixture. Top with foam if desired.
