Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Crushed graham crackers optional, for garnish
  • Chocolate chips or fruit toppings optional, for garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Small Spoon or Melon Baller
  • Piping Bag or Spoon
  • Knife
  • Chilled Serving Plate
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers with a small spoon or melon baller, being careful not to tear the skin.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined. Gradually add heavy cream and beat until fluffy and creamy.
  3. Fill the Strawberries: Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed-out strawberries, ensuring each one is generously filled.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Optionally, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top or add chocolate chips or fruit for extra flavor and decoration. Chill the strawberries for 30 minutes before serving.
