Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye steaks 10–12 oz each, 1-inch thick
  • ½ cup pineapple juice fresh or canned
  • ¼ cup soy sauce low-sodium
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for searing
  • Garnishes: chopped scallions sesame seeds, pineapple wedges

Method
 

  1. Marinate: Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add steaks to the mix and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Cook: Heat a pan, add olive oil, and sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side.
  3. Rest & Slice: Let steaks rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  4. Serve: Drizzle with marinade and garnish with scallions and pineapple.

Notes
