Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add the garlic, parsley, chives, tarragon, thyme, and lemon juice or zest. Mix until the herbs and garlic are evenly distributed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix again to combine.
Transfer the Boursin cheese to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled, spread on crackers, bread, or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
