- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced ham or bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, sealing the filling inside. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Don’t overfill the dough to prevent leaks during baking.
Use room temperature cream cheese for easy mixing.
These can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
For a gluten-free option, try using gluten-free crescent dough.
Leftovers can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to retain crispiness.
