Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Krusteaz Biscuit Mix with milk and melted butter. Stir until the dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 minutes.
- Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thick, then use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes
- For extra flavor, add shredded cheese, garlic, or herbs to the dough before mixing.
- To make biscuits ahead, freeze the unbaked biscuits and bake directly from frozen for 2-3 extra minutes.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for the butter to reduce fat while adding extra protein.
- Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
