  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko or regular
  • ½ cup shredded cheese optional, for extra gooeyness
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking/frying
  • Optional: herbs bacon bits, or spices for flavor

  • Shallow bowls (for coating)

Method
 

  1. Scoop cold leftover mac and cheese into small balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
