- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Mueller pasta until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Chop Veggies: While the pasta cooks, chop the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Make the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, veggies, cheese, and dressing. Stir well to combine and coat everything evenly.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve cold and garnish with optional toppings.
