- Pat the grouper cheeks dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add grouper cheeks to the skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the cheeks from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then pour over the grouper cheeks.
- Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges.
