Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 inch piece of raw placenta cleaned, chilled or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or coconut water
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional for creaminess
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 4 –5 ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Prepare the placenta: Use only a small, clean portion. If frozen, thaw it slightly in the refrigerator.
  2. Add the placenta and all other ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds or until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and consume immediately for best nutrient retention.
