  • 200 g Beech mushrooms cleaned and trimmed

  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Optional: add soy sauce or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
