Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Beyond Steak Tips or plant-based steak pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp plant-based butter for searing
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, smoked paprika, pepper, and chilli flakes.
  2. Add the Beyond Steak Tips to the marinade and toss to coat. Let sit for 15–30 minutes.
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and melt the plant-based butter.
  4. Add the marinated tips in a single layer. Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and caramelised.
  5. (Optional) Pour remaining marinade into a small saucepan, simmer for 2 minutes, and drizzle over cooked tips for extra flavour.
  6. Serve hot with your favourite sides.

Notes

  • For deeper flavour, marinate the Beyond Steak Tips for up to 4 hours in the fridge.
  • Air-frying at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes gives a crispier finish.
  • Add mushrooms or onions to the skillet for a heartier meal.
