Method
- Prepare Focaccia Base: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly oil a large baking sheet and place your focaccia bread directly on it. This forms the perfect base for your pizza thick, fluffy, yet firm enough to hold its toppings.
- Add Sauce and Toppings: Spread tomato pizza sauce evenly across the focaccia base, adding a thick layer for maximum flavor. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top then add your toppings, whether it’s pepperoni, olives, green peppers, or even diced tomato.
- Bake and Serve: Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the cheese is melty, bubbly, and lightly browned at the edges. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute or two, then cut into generous squares. Serve warm with a side salad and enjoy!
