Method

  3. Blend and Strain: Blend the strawberry mixture until smooth. Optionally, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  4. Dissolve Gelatin: Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm strawberry puree and stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Set the Gelee: Pour the mixture into molds or serving cups and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
  6. Serve: Once set, serve chilled with optional toppings like whipped cream or fresh berries.
