- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pie crust by placing it into your pie dish. Press down evenly to avoid air pockets.
- Mix the filling: In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust. Spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pie is set and lightly golden on top.
- Cool the pie completely before slicing to allow the filling to firm up.
