Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Pie pan or square baking dish

Method

  1. Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut. Stir well to mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients: Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined and the mixture is sticky.
  3. Press into pan: Transfer the mixture into a pie pan or a square baking dish. Use your fingers or a spoon to evenly press the mixture into the pan, compacting it firmly.
  4. Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour to allow the pie to set and firm up.
  5. Optional toppings: After chilling, top the pie with chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or any other topping of choice.
  6. Serve: Slice into wedges or bars and enjoy!
