Cook the Noodles: Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the Creamette Lasagna noodles and cook according to the package instructions (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and lay flat to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Meat Sauce: While the noodles cook, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Lasagna: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer three lasagna noodles on top. Add a layer of ricotta mixture, followed by mozzarella cheese and a spoonful of meat sauce. Repeat two more times, finishing with a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve: Let the lasagna cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite side salad or garlic bread.
